I’m a qualified leadership coach with more than 15 years on the job coaching experience, developed whilst partnering with leadership teams as a senior HR executive.

Having spent the majority of my career working in founder-led fast growing organisations, I understand the challenges posed to both experienced leaders and aspiring leaders whilst operating in the exciting world of the start up. I coach clients working at all levels, and with a broad range of backgrounds, however my experience has led me to specialise in coaching CEO Founders and their teams.

As someone who has benefitted from coaching at pivotal points in my career, I’m a firm believer in the value coaching offers to everyone, regardless of experience or the challenges faced.

Combined Resources Coaching

Coaching and HR support combined; drawing on my time in senior HR positions to give direct HR support alongside traditional coaching to leaders who may not yet have a senior HR role in place.

Executive HR Coaching

Guidance for aspiring HR Leaders. Providing insight and advice to those earlier on in their HR journey.

Group Coaching

Small group sessions encouraging employees to share challenges in a safe environment, learning from each others experiences, whilst building a sense of community.

Parental Coaching

Helping new parents prepare for, and navigate through, the dynamic experience of raising children, juggling personal needs, and thriving at work.

Supporting you with solutions

It doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Taking the time to stop and reflect with the right coach can be a game changer, enabling individuals to grow personally, develop professionally, and tackle challenges confidently.

I seek to support leaders on their journey by offering 1-2-1 coaching in a safe, non judgemental environment, providing a platform for clients to consider options, think through the issues they face, identify the opportunities which may not yet be clear, and overcome any barriers.

I have a very authentic and practical approach to coaching, drawing from experience to provide directional advice and challenge if requested.
